Professional-grade direct burial wire on every run, with every connection sealed in dielectric grease-filled crimps and tubes to stay watertight for years, and knots tied at every fixture so nothing pulls loose.Burying the wire right is the most time-consuming part of a well-engineered system — it's also the part most companies rush. We don't. We dig deeper around driveways, garden beds, and tree rings instead of taking the shortest path. In flower beds, we move the mulch aside instead of tearing it up, then put it back so you'd never know we were there. Near pool screens and big trees, where we can't always bury as deep as we'd like, we run black flex tubing to protect the wire from weed eaters and edgers.Every installation includes a full year of our quarterly maintenance plan, at no extra cost — so your system gets the same care and attention for its first twelve months that keeps it running years down the road.None of this shows up in a walkthrough. We look at each stake to make sure it isn't cracked, leaning, or working its way loose from the ground. We trim back growth that's crept over a fixture, clean the glass so it doesn't turn hazy and dim, and run a complete system check from the transformer out.My goal on every visit is simple: your system and every fixture in it should look and run like the day it was installed.Every new installation includes your first year of quarterly maintenance at no charge. After that, plans continue at $315/year (4 visits).
